The professionalism and level of concern to make this a successful project for us was amazing.
I worked with Rick and Caleb Anderson to perform a tear-down and rebuild of a house located within a historic district and a conservation area. As a result, the schedule of the project was greatly influenced by outside factors. The house is a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath dormered cape of approximately 2,300 square feet. The professionalism and level of concern to make this a successful project for us was amazing. From permitting to the finish punch list, every aspect of the project was done according to our plans and not completed until we were satisfied. The subcontractors were all friendly and open to changes or suggestions as the project progressed. The Anderson construction crew did superior work from the framing to the finish carpentry. Our house may be a new structure but Rick and Caleb had several ideas to incorporate finish woodwork techniques that make it feel like an “older” Cape house.
